LCC 3256: Dario Argento in Context
This upper-level film course introduces the major works of Italiam horror maestro Dario Argento, including The Bird with the Crystal Plumage, Deep Red, Suspiria, and The Mother of Tears. In addition to studying Argento's themes and aesthetics, students study some of his influences, including Antonioni, Fellini, and Hitchcock.
