SpanakopitaFor the Chef project, I created a tasty, traditional Greek appetizer that goes by the name of Spanakopita. Generally served in small triangles made from fillo pastry dough, spanakopita make a great snack or side for that big Greek meal. Once executed, project7.chef displays a familiar Greek phrase. Enjoy.

Spanakopita.
Spanakopita is a traditional Greek food, typically served in small, triangles. They are stuffed with Spinach and cheese and wrapped in a flaky fillo dough outer covering. You can't have just one.
Ingredients.
2 kg chopped spinach
40 pinches salt
5 teaspoons olive oil
3 teaspoons garlic powder
38 feta cheese crumbs
2 teaspoons pepper
12 fillo dough sheets
2 tablespoons butter
5 parsley snips
11 ml yiayias special mix
Method.
Melt butter.
Melt butter until melted.
Put chopped spinach into 1st mixing bowl.
Combine salt into 1st mixing bowl.
Put feta cheese crumbs into 1st mixing bowl.
Combine pepper into 1st mixing bowl.
Add garlic powder into 1st mixing bowl.
Put butter into 2nd mixing bowl.
Add fillo dough sheets into 2nd mixing bowl.
Combine olive oil into 2nd mixing bowl.
Add parsley snips into 2nd mixing bowl.
Put yiayias special mix into 3rd mixing bowl.
Combine garlic powder into 3rd mixing bowl.
Liquify contents of the 1st mixing bowl.
Liquify contents of the 2nd mixing bowl.
Pour contents of the 3rd mixing bowl into the 1st baking dish.
Pour contents of the 2nd mixing bowl into the 1st baking dish.
Pour contents of the 1st mixing bowl into the 1st baking dish.
Serves 10.
