Bio

      Paul Stamatiou is a 19 year old sophmore attending the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia with a major in Computational Media.  Paul is from Houston, Texas and finds Atlanta to be quite an experience compared to Texas.  He is the youngest of three children in a Greek family and is proud of his heritage.  He visits relatives in Greece regularly and speaks the language.  Paul has aspirations of being a tech writer/analyst for a publication such as MaximumPC, Tom's Hardware or Anandtech.  He also has a knack for writing in the third person.
      Paul spends much of his time developing and maintaining his technology weblog, PaulStamatiou.com.  This weblog has grown tremendously since its inception in Summer 2005 and is currently sponsored by Media Temple and is part of the prestigious 9rules Network.  The 9rules Network is a community of popular, high-quality weblogs devoted to providing great content on many topics.  You can find Paul's blog under the Technology, Programming, Apple and Web 2.0 communities.  Some famous members of the network include Molly Holzschlag, Chris J Davis, Michael Heilemann, Roger Johansson and the Particle Tree crew.  PaulStamatiou.com was one of the comparatively few sites accepted in the 3rd round out of 509 submissions.  To date, many of Paul's how to articles and tech guides have been featured on high-traffic sites such as Digg, Lifehacker, del.icio.us popular and MAKE.   Paul has made several friends in the online tech community and frequently collaborates on articles with the founder of 123MacMini.  PaulStamatiou.com is currently ranked around 700 on Technorati out of 1.1+ million websites. Media Temple has generously scaled with site growth and is able to keep up with the 500,000 visitors that have accessed PaulStamatiou.com so far.  Top tech analysts have taken note of Paul's weblog and even offered him several intriguing jobs.  
      Paul has always had an interest in computers and has fixed, built and sold many computers to date.  He holds a CompTIA A+ hardware (test #220-221) certification as well.  He also has an active interest in cars and is known to be able to recognize any type of car instantly as well as state the specs.  On the side, he maintains a high-performance Mustang and occasionally attends Road Atlanta events.
