       One of the most important aspects of a text-based adventure is creating an immersive environment. I find that survival-horror games tend to rely heavily on environment for the experience, so I decided to go that way. I chose a hospital from hell because there are so many creepy perversions you can create within the environment of a hospital: all sorts of twisted surgeries, instruments, even monster doctors and nurses. My space puts you in one of these twisted places, and challenges you to escape from it.
       
Solution:

       Take the scalpel and vial then open the door. Head north into the hall and examine the elevator for an event if you want to. Regardless, head north to the T-junction. You can go east into the office for another event and a hint on how to solve the upcoming puzzle (but since I'm going to tell you anyway don't bother). You'll notice as you move that your hit points are decreasing; this is because you have been poisoned. You can use a vial to restore 8 hit points, with your max being 10, so use them wisely.
       Now head west. You can try to take the fire extinguisher, but it'll crumble in your hand. Examine the crack for kicks, then head north to the stairwell. In here take another vial, then go east. This is where the puzzle begins. If you took the piece of paper from the office you'll remember it said "First remove, then place." To solve this puzzle you first need to remove the balls on the pedestals in the east and west rooms. Open the doors by using the names provided (edoor and wdoor). Go into the west room and take the red ball (use the full name of the ball). Go into the east room and take the blue ball there. Now put the red ball on the pedestal. Go back to the hallway and examine the wall so it disappears.
       Go north and you'll hit another wall. Open both doors, and go in the east room. Take the yellow ball and place the blue one. Go into the west room, take the green ball and place the yellow one. Now go back to the hall, go south to the first set of rooms, and go in the west room. Place the green ball on the pedestal. If you've done the puzzle correctly the balls and their pedestals should match. Go north to the second wall and examine it. When it disappears, go north.
       You are now in the final room, and you need to do battle. The scalpel is the only weapon in the game, so if you forgot it you're screwed. Victory is actually random in this battle: there's a 1/3 chance he'll kill you, a 1/3 chance you'll kill him, and a 1/3 chance you'll both miss. If you win, enjoy the epilogue. If you lose, try again.
