STUDENT RESEARCH
Science, Technology and Culture (STAC) students who elect to pursue the research option for the STAC degree must choose a research topic appropriate to the degree and secure a tenure-track LCC faculty member as their research mentor. U.S. News and World Report recently described undergraduate research at Tech as a "stellar example" of new initiatives to enhance student success. STAC students participated in this initiative within the department and continue to provide a strong examples of undergraduate research. You may find the recent STAC research topics below:
